JE Dunn is building this 75,000 SF Multi-Tenant Office Facility No. 4 (4 Partners Place) for the University of Oklahoma. The project will include general office space for University research programs and the entities which may wish to locate near other technology resources at the University Research Campus. Included in the new facility will be a 13,000 SF embedded data center, which will consolidate the University's high performance and mission critical computing assets into a dedicated and secure facility. Necessary infrastructure and parking areas associated with the new building will also be constructed as part of the project. 4 Partners Place has been designed and will be constructed to achieve LEED Certification.
