In 2000, JE Dunn Construction completed construction of the Stowers Institute for Medical Research. This world-class biological and medical research facility totals over 640,000 SF. It houses laboratories, research support facilities, animal resource center, a vivarium, administration and maintenance.
Since 2002, JE Dunn has been providing tenant improvements to existing space. Improvements have been made to laboratory research rooms, offices, conference rooms, training rooms, media prep centers, tissue culture/special culture procedure rooms, and fully operational kitchen. The mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems have also been improved.
