In 2000, JE Dunn Construction completed construction of the Stowers Institute for Medical Research. This world-class biological and medical research facility houses laboratories, research support facilities, animal resource center, a vivarium, administration, and maintenance.
Since 2002, JE Dunn has been providing tenant improvements to existing spaces. Improvements have been made to laboratory research rooms, offices, conference rooms, training rooms, media prep centers, tissue culture/special culture procedure rooms, and a fully operational kitchen. The mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems have also been improved.
