Northern Quest Hotel and Casino recently underwent a casino expansion receiving a new administration and back-of-house building, and a 10-story hotel tower.
The casino addition is located to the south of the existing casino. The expansion provided additional gaming floor and amenities. Main lobby escalators provide access to the second floor of the casino expansion which leads to a walkway connecting the 10-story hotel.
This project utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) in several areas including concrete, exterior skin coordination, MEP collision and clash detection.
