JE Dunn was selected as the CM/GC for the Southeast Christian Church Phase III and IV additions. Phase III included the new construction of a 2,000-seat worship center with full video and recording/production capabilities. Also included in this phase were the lobby and fellowship cafe additions.
Phase IV included new administrative and classroom facilities. Also included in the scope of the project was renovation to the existing facility and associated site work including the playground, detention pond work, and the addition of 650 surface parking spaces.
