Twelve Hotel & Residences is a mixed-use facility that includes a high-rise condominium tower including residential units, a hotel and retail space.
The tower is 29 stories including three levels of parking under the tower. Floors two through six house 101 hotel rooms and floors seven through 26 hold 380 condominium units. The building includes 14,000 SF of retail space and a 5,000 SF hotel restaurant along with other amenities.
Attached to the tower is a 11,594 SF ballroom with an elevated pool terrance. It also has 129,440 SF of parking beneath.
