Twelve Hotel & Residences is a mixed-use facility that includes a high-rise condominium tower with residential units, a hotel, and retail space.
The tower is 29 stories, including three levels of parking under the tower. Floors 2 through 6 house 101 hotel rooms and floors 7 through 26 hold 380 condominium units. The building includes retail space and a hotel restaurant along with other amenities.
Attached to the tower is a ballroom with an elevated pool terrace. It also has parking beneath.
