Hammock Beach Resort was a mixed-use, high-rise complex that was completed in two phases. Phase I was the 750,000 SF, 12-story Hammock Beach Resort. It featured 148 luxury condominium units on floors three through 12. the first floor contained parking and a full-service spa. The second floor contained additional parking and a restaurant/lounge. Also included in the project was an 18-acre water park with six swimming pools, a lazy river, a water slide, bar and grill and a 10,200 SF enclosed heated pool.
Phase II consisted of two hotel/condo wings attached to the Phase I building. Built for owner The Ginn Company, this phase of the project consisted of 50,000 SF of conference and back-of-house space; 50,000 SF of parking (on grade and elevated); and 121,000 SF of 128 hotel suite units.
