Hammock Beach Resort is a mixed-use, high-rise complex that was completed in two phases. Phase I was the 12-story Hammock Beach Resort. It featured 148 luxury condominium units on floors 3 through 12. The first floor contains parking and a full-service spa. The second floor contains additional parking and a restaurant/lounge. Also included in the project was an 18-acre water park with six swimming pools, a lazy river, a water slide, bar and grill, and an enclosed heated pool.
Phase II consists of two hotel/condo wings attached to the Phase I building. This phase of the project consists of conference and back-of-house space, parking (on grade and elevated), and 128 hotel suite units.
