Aloft Hotel is an urban-influenced facility featuring nine-foot loft-like ceilings, oversized windows and stylish bathrooms with oversized walk-in showers. Hi-tech features cater to the technology minded with wireless Internet access and connectivity solutions for personal digital assistants, cellphones, mp3 players and laptops linked to flat panel HDTVs.
The hotel sits atop a five-story, 143,324 parking structure. The first floor of the parking structure is shared with the main hotel lobby area, back of house service areas, pool, bar and exercise areas. The entire parking and hotel structure is cast-in-place post tension concrete with an exterior skin of aluminum composite panels, wood panels, EIFS and glass curtain wall.
