The hospital has all private patient rooms and accommodates both inpatient and outpatient services including obstetrics, radiation therapy, psychiatric care, 24-hour emergency services, cardiac catheterization, intensive care unit, and advanced diagnostic imaging. The facility has four operating suites and 14 ER beds, as well as CT, MRI, and PET scanners.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) was used extensively on this project. BIM was used for 3D coordination and clash detection of the MEP systems. Concrete, steel and architectural systems were also modeled. The project was completed one month ahead of schedule.
