Most recent construction is the $132 million Mid America Heart Institute. This project is scheduled for completion in 2011. It is a 387,594 SF, 7-story heart hospital where the lower levels will include new cafeteria, administration offices, lobby and shops, IT data center, future radiology and emergency room expansion. Levels 3, 4, 5 and 6 will icnlude new CCU, CVICU, surgery and cath labs as well as patient rooms.
