The new patient tower addition for Faith Regional Health Services consists of a 112-bed, 218,000 SF, 4-story facility with a basement. Additional components of the overall project include a courtyard, garden areas and a new generator building.
The patient floors have 14 ICU rooms, medical/surgical patient rooms, ortho rooms, and a women's health and pediatrics floor which includes two C-section rooms, five LDRP rooms, 10 post pardum rooms and triage.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) was used for preconstruction estimating and budget updates, underground and overhead coordination during construction, and exterior skin coordination.
