The new patient tower addition for Faith Regional Health Services consists of a 4-story, 112-bed facility with a basement. Additional components of the overall project include a courtyard, garden areas, and a new generator building.
The patient floors have 14 ICU rooms, medical/surgical patient rooms, ortho rooms, and a women's health and pediatrics floor which includes two C-section rooms, five LDRP rooms, 10 post-pardum rooms, and triage.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) was used for preconstruction estimating and budget updates, underground and overhead coordination during construction, and exterior skin coordination.
