Teaming with Taylor Ball, JE Dunn provided general contracting services for this 520,000 SF, 7-story office building in Des Moines, Iowa. The project, constructed on a tight urban site, also includes a 1,079,000 SF, 10-level precast parking structure housing 3,075 cars.
The office building is connected to the parking structure via a skybridge spanning a public thoroughfare. Additionally, the project includes the construction of a central plant for its heating and cooling requirements, remotely located in the parking structure across the street.
