JE Dunn Construction's corporate headquarters building, located in Kansas City, Missouri, is a 6-level office building. An adjacent parking structure provides space for 780 vehicles.
In 2010, the building achieved LEED Gold certification and was the first corporate headquarters so designated in Kansas City, Missouri. Contributing to the LEED designation, the following items were incorporated into the project:

Energy-efficient HVAC systems

95 percent of construction waste was diverted, recycled or reused

Irrigation provided by site-collected storm water

Use of reclaimed wood

Locally sourced materials

54 percent less water use
Building Information Modeling (BIM) was also used extensively on this project from design through completion.
