Kansas City, MO
Client: H&R Block Foundation
Architect: 360 Architecture
Size: 934,548 SF
Completion: 2006
The H&R Block world headquarters building, located in the heart of Kansas City's Entertainment District, consists of three components. The primary, and most visible, component is the eliptical-shaped 572,758 SF, 18-story office tower.
The second less visible but equally impressive component is the 5-level underground garage. The garage provides space for 1,050 cars within its 361,790 SF of space.
Resting atop the garage is the final component, a 3-story low-rise office building.
JE Dunn Construction self-performed the concrete, carpentry, and precast placement.
