This 24-story office building is strategically located within an area that offers upscale retail, dining, office and convention facilities. An adjoining 10-story parking structure provides covered parking for 2,725 cars. A 14,000 SF elevated pedestrian link joines the office building to the retail/hotel complex.
During construction, mock ups were used liberally to ensure architectural intent while allowing installation of features correctly, the first time. While this building was a phased occupancy, moisture and dust control was given priority to ensure healthy interior air quality for occupants while finish work was completed on upper level floors.
