Providence Office Park is a 6-story office building with a 5-story parking structure containing one level of below grade parking. Work also included realignment of 45th Street and a new traffic signal in an occupied and busy downtown area.
This project was awarded LEED Gold certification and utilized heat island reducing roofing, storm water management landscaping and systems, low flow water fixtures, low emitting materials and underfloor air distribution.
