JE Dunn Begins Remodel Project on T. Rowe Price Building

COLORADO SPRINGS - JE Dunn Construction, a commercial general contractor with offices in Colorado Springs and Denver, recently began a 64,000-square-foot remodeling project in Building One on the T. Rowe Price Campus.

JE Dunn and Gensler, the project architect, are currently working to achieve LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) CI status on this $2.9 Million project which is scheduled for completion in November 2008. LEED® is the Green Building Rating System, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, providing standards for environmentally sustainable construction.

The remodeling project, involving the second and third floors, includes demolition of various existing offices and conference rooms; removal and replacement of existing flooring; removal and reconfiguration of existing light fixtures; replacement of CAT5 cabling with CAT6; and removal and replacement of existing suspended acoustical ceiling.

JE Dunn recently completed the construction of a $41 million, 142,763-square-foot office building and 182,922 square-foot parking structure for T. Rowe Price on the company's 31-acre campus at 2260 Briargate Parkway.
