Oceans One South is the first phase of a 7-acre resort that will encompass two city blocks and over 700 of Atlantic coastline. The 186,446 square foot building features indoor and outdoor water amenities on the groun level. Standard features include granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath, Jacuzzi tub with tile surround, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, ample tile flooring, and a private balcony.
