The new four-story office building and three-story, 580-space parking structure are located south of the existing T. Rowe Price building on a 10-acre site at Briargate Parkway and Chapel Hills Drive. Designed by OZ Architecture and Gensler, the office building features a brick veneer facade with stone accents. The structure was designed with a raised floor throughout to accommodate the HVAC and mechanical/electrical requirements of the facility, which features audio/visual capabilities throughout and 100 percent redundant interconnectivity for communication and data. The building also includes a 600-seat meeting room/cafeteria, kitchen and fitness center. The office building is the second of four planned for the T. Rowe Price campus.

COLORADO SPRINGS - JE Dunn Construction, a commercial general contractor with offices in Colorado Springs and Denver, recently completed the construction of a new $41 million, 142,763-square-foot office building and 182,922 square-foot parking structure for T. Rowe Price.
