Over the last six years Charlotte's population has increased by 14.6%, which puts it as the seventh fastest growing area in the country. So much growth in fact that local experts claim they haven't seen a real slow down in the condo market. R. J. Griffin & Company's Charlotte Division has had its share of that condo-building surge. Since 2000, we have completed over eight high, mid and low-rise condominiums ranging from a quaint brownstone to chic upscale and mixed-use projects. Currently our division is moving forward on three new uptown high-rises already in the early stages of construction. With each new project we build, the condominiums grow taller and stand out with unique and lavish amenities to meet the demands of eager condo owners. Our award winning construction teams take great pride in these projects. As we look at the Charlotte skyline, we see our mark and are proud of our vital and visible part of Charlotte history. In 2008, we press forward to the future, watching this skyline expand with new projects 300 South Tryon, 210 Trade and The Vue.
