COLORADO SPRINGS - JE Dunn Construction, a commercial general contractor with offices in Colorado Springs and Denver, announced the recent completion of the Pikes Peak Regional Medical Center and the Pikes Peak Medical Office Building. The new 41,000-square-foot Pikes Peak Regional Medical Center is located on an 11-acre mountainside site in Woodland Park.

The $9.8 million, 15-bed, Medical Center provides 24-hour emergency care along with a full range of surgical and obstetrical services, as well as clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic services. Designed by Architectural Nexus, Inc., the hospital makes full use of the natural landscape and is designed to fit aesthetically within the surrounding community, with the main entrance facing Pikes Peak. The new facility will serve the health care needs of the Northwest Pikes Peak Region.

"We are proud to continue supporting the growing health care needs of the region," said Mark Arnold, senior project manager for JE Dunn.
