Due to the large volume of work and many years in the general construction business, JE Dunn is able to perform very efficiently while maintaining control of the schedule - a big plus for our clients.
Self-performing allows direct control over the field crews and flexible response to program and scope changes. Work flow and pace can be managed in a highly flexible environment where total quality command occurs. Additionally, during preconstruction, design development estimates and constructability reviews can be even more accurate when using JE Dunn crews.
Demolition, rebar placement, cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, masonry and stone, carpentry, and concrete and masonry restoration are trades that we self-perform.
JE Dunn Construction adds to the value equation by owning and managing its own fleet of cranes and equipment readily available for any job, anywhere in the country.
