corrections, government, education and more. Our business is served well by an employee base as diverse as our product mix. JE Dunn recruits at several minority colleges and universities and offers a scholarship for students majoring in construction. JE Dunn also supports a minority and women pre-apprenticeship program for our field hiring and a summer internship program giving students the necessary on-the-job experience to succeed in the workplace.
Commitment to Supplier Diversity
In 2005, JE Dunn launched a program to enhance business development skills of minority and women business enterprises so that they can better succeed in the highly competitive construction industry. The Minority Contractor Business Development Program has successfully graduated 25 individuals to date.

MBE/WBE Quarterly Meetings are great networking and relationship building opportunities where upcoming JE Dunn projects and bidding opportunities are discussed.
Annual Contractor's Conference is open to all minority and women contractors and is designed to improve the contractor's knowledge in such areas as banking, accounting, marketing, estimating, business structure and business development.
Lunch 'n Learn Meetings are designed to give minority and women contractors a chance to introduce their business and services and network with JE Dunn's project management and estimating teams.
