We always searching for experienced construction professionals.

JE Dunn is constantly looking for great talent at all levels of the organization. We provide new challenges, advancement opportunities, stability, learning opportunities and an innovative work environment to build a better career.

We are always accepting applications, regardless of job availability, for several positions with 3-6 years of experience: Project Manager, Field Supervision and Corporate Support Services. For these positions, we may not have immediate need, but we welcome your information for future openings.

Project Manager
Project managers play a key role in the design/build process. Project managers assist in preparation and review of estimates, award subcontracts, and take charge of all activities from the start of the project to on-time, on-budget project completion. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent with a minimum of six years commercial building experience.

Field Supervision

Field supervisors such as Superintendents manage multiple crews and material budgets to ensure that the planned work and all aspects of the tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. This position maintains job site reporting, ensures quality compliance, and assists in development of project and crew safety plans. Field supervisors also manage many facets of procurement, project close-out, and scheduling with subcontractors. Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree with preference for Construction Science or related field with six-ten years of commercial construction experience.

Corporate Support Services
We are always looking for talented, experienced individuals to fill office support services including accounting, marketing, human resources, information technology, diversity, and administrative positions. Even if we don't have a specific position available, we will accept applications for these types of roles. Recommended Bachelors degree in related subject, plus three to five years of corporate experience.

Building Diversity

"I learned about JE Dunn through a career fair held at my university. After talking to my professors, I approached JE Dunn and was offered an internship the summer of 2008. I worked in the field and the office in a variety of roles. In May 2009, I came back to work as a full-time Field Engineer. I am grateful and proud to be associated with JE Dunn Construction."

Gregory Stribling, '09 graduate, Missouri University of Science & Technology

diversity

JE Dunn Construction projects span an impressive range of building types and sizes, from commercial offices to healthcare, corrections, government, education and more. Our business is served by an employee base as diverse as our product mix. We recognize the value of a well-rounded team of professionals, both internal and external, to the organization. We believe our diverse business and workforce creates a limitless source of ideas and opportunities.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

An Overview of the JE Dunn Employee Stock Ownership Program

JE Dunn is proud to offer an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that rewards the collective efforts of the organization. Employee-ownership fits the Dunn family’s long-term philosophy of sharing rewards with the company’s most valued asset: its people.

The ESOP is a qualified retirement plan with assets comprised primarily of JE Dunn company stock. Employees are participants in the retirement plan that owns the company stock, thereby making them stakeholders in the company. Employees who have reached eligibility receive discretionary company profit sharing contributions, dividends, and company match dollars as part of a 401(k) plan.
